Please feedback on my trip plans (Miami, Orlando, Key Weat)

Hiya, this is our third trip to Disney so thought we mix it up, how does this trip look;

Arrive Miami 17:25, drive Orlando, 1st night him cheap international drive hotel
2 nights Lowes Pacific - Universal
12 nights in Orlando villa - champions gate
Drive to key west in one journey
2 nights in key west
Drive to Miami & fly back

I take it you're happy with long drives? I would probably stay an extra night in KW as its 7-8 hr drive there, and another 4 hr drive back to Miami so not much time to relax and only 1 full day there.

That drive from Miami to Orlando on first night will be a bit of a killer - by the time you've got out of the airport providing your flight lands on time will be probably closer to 7:00pm if you're lucky meaning you won't get to Orlando until about 1:00am. We normally land about 6:00pm when flying into Miami and always get a hotel for that night and travel up early the next day, driving in Miami in the dark can also be a bit daunting if it's your first time.
