I don't do a spreadsheet but have a book, literally I have everything lol! I don't go for a few years but I have prices for next year so I can plan/compare. Cars, flights, lots of different options for accommodation.
Loads of info on foods I would like to try, places to eat. A timeline of when each element will need booking, release dates etc. Even down to ears and outfits x

i have a spready and divide it into a few columns:
- date, day of the week, actual day number of holiday - breakfast -morning -lunch -afternoon - dinner - evening i also have a column for fast passes where i drop i which i want to go for then once we’ve reached the fast pass window the ones we’ve got. With lunch, breakfast & dinner i do similar, the meals we want and then write in which we’ve actually booked when I get to the booking time. For Breakfast for example I would write: ‘at hotel/in room, or Crystal Palace or at Animal Kingdom depending on what we want to do that day. Hope this helps! |

Or just use theDIBB Planner. It is far easier and has more function.

The DIBB planner looks good, although I don’t have one at the moment.
My excel spreadsheet has a column for each day and the rows are; breakfast, morning, lunch, afternoon, dinner, evening and fast passes. |

I use the calendar function on numbers (apple spreadsheet) and include hotel, adr, Park & fat passes I want to get. I then sadly colour code it so I can see quickly which park I’m going to.

I use the Dibb planner, I love it. Even if the holidays are not all Disney still works for me X
