On mine I have; day, idx (sort), date*, destination, type (food, park, attraction... etc), trek (duration to get there), arrival time*, at (fixed arrival time), stay, duration*, until (fixed departure), FP (fastpass), enter*, exit*
*calculated field If any of my fixed entries violate the timings then it triggers colours that indicate errors This grants me a complete schedule for each day, rather like touring plans but with more scope. Once the plan is good to go the output ends up in a PDF on my phone for easy access. I also keep tables for all the attractions, parks, fastpass availability etc. Gotta love how geeky this Florida planning is. It's half the fun |
