*UPDATED* Disney now accepting some October dates!

I keep checking every day. We had a price we liked- were just finishing paying this years holiday before we booked it then when I went to book everything had gone. Hoping availability shows soon and not at a massively higher price.

So they’re saying that only the 3 resorts currently showing if you search late Oct to 1st November is all there is?

I’ve just spoken to ATD and they told me that Disney have said to them that they will release dates mid July. Who knows 🙄

So we have the following options for October;

Wait another month or so and miss out on the gift card and hope prices don't increase and DDP will still be offered

OR

Book for September ensuring that we will get what we want but not our preferred date

Think it may have to be the second option but is it worth hanging on for another week or so just in case they do release October?

I spoke to Virgin in store today & she called someone & told me there's no availability in October! But I can go on Disney holidays & book 14 nights from 30th September at Coronado Springs or Caribbean Beach, so there is availability! I want to go on 5th October though!

You can get CBR for 9 nights from October 5th, maybe something is happening around 14th/15th October as that’s when a lot of the availability disappears?

oh thanks, I kept putting in 14 nights, maybe book & hope to extend then.
I think more rooms will be available when the $200 gift card ends? who knows!
