Baggage allowances

Following on from another thread re second baggage drop at MCO

If there are two adults and a child all with a luggage allowance of 23kilo each. Can the allowance be grouped together? Ie two cases aproximadamente 34 kilos each ?

No, for Health and Safety reasons for baggage handlers luggage allowances have to be restricted to those advertised by your airline.

The different airline baggage allowances have got no connection whatsoever with the second bag drop. The second bag drop is available to those who have too many cases to carry up the stairs to the monorail.

Yes I appreciate that , but if traveling with children and everyone has a case, avoiding the second bag drop is easier with two cases than three or four. Therefore , if you can combine the allotted group allowance into two cases. The other poster has now answered ,apparently, no you can�t combine allowances
