Rosen at pointe
Wondered if folk have been here recently. I am booked to go next year for our 2nd week in florida and at first the virgin rep told me we would get free breakfast buffet and dinner buffet each day of our stay, but when i went back another virgin rep dealt with me and she had to check their website which said the same, but looking at our booking confirmation it only mentions kids get free dinner and breakfast with a paying adult. Im just wondering has anyone recently got this deal or have you ended up paying, if so how much? Also how did you find the hotel.

Can't answer the food part but the hotel is fine, good location, clean and decent pools.

Agree with BG.Good hotel, clean in excellent location.Plenty eateries closeby. We had a paid breakfast twice ($8.99 approx per adult)and a paid dinner($15.99 approx per adult)once at hotel. We ate out after that as thought food wasnt particularly good.Spoilt for choice for good eateries closeby
Having said that about the food, were going back for a third time this year as we like the hotel and location Edited at 05:49 PM. |

Previously with Virgin it was 2 free breakfasts an 1 free evening buffet for 11 nights (2 evening meals for 2 weeks). You had to pay the cashier the state tax separate.

We stayed a week in April, we got 2 free breakfasts and a free evening meal on a voucher given out at reception when we checked in.

Ive stayed twice, the first time was dirty by that I mean dusty and I thought ok we just got unlucky with housekeeping, the second time the room wasn’t clean when we checked in and it wasn’t dusted for two weeks, also they didn’t change the sheets for two weeks. Honestly I’d love to love it at pointe, the price is always the cheapest and the location is amazing but being woken up by cockroaches crawling on your face isn’t great! So we gave up after that :/
Public areas are very clean I’ll give them that! |

Our room was absolutely spotless last August. Breakfast buffet was good too.
