Discolouration on black granite?

I have an area around my coffee machine when the granite is fading, I assume it's to do with the water from the machine (although I'm not sure as we only moved in in February so it could have been there already).

I've tried various products but nothing's making any difference on it at all.

Any tips please, it's becoming personal

We have a black sink and it gets a faded look, its from the water and is limescale starting to build up. We were told to use Bar Keepers Friend

Yes bar keepers friend or method cleaner for granite black is a pain to keep but looks great

Thank you. Yes it looks great after you've cleaned it as long as you don't use it! Most impractical work top I've ever had!
