Alexander Florida Homes anyone?

Going slightly insane looking for villa's. Found a couple which are avaliable through Alexander Florida Homes and just wondered if anyone had any experience of them. Just a little uncertain as balance has to be paid in dollars on arrival and exchange rate obviously unknown. They are part of AAA which I'm assuming is like ABTA?

AAA is the American equivalent of our AA (automobile association). The US equivalent of ABTA is called ASTA. Hope that helps a little

Alexander Holiday Homes have been around a long time (since approx 1989 I think) and were one of the original management companies to set up in Orlando, they have a good reputation in the travel industry. They specialise in the Kissimmee area.

I don't know anything about their booking/payment procedures so would suggest emailing them with your concerns/questions and take it from there.

I've used them they are fine, although you have to go to their office which is a bit outa the way to pay the balance and collect the keys! But I like the fact you don't have to pay in advance.

As said they have been around a good while and often see their cars ...big cars gliding around.isimmee..so I would think still doing well
However they buy the big cars with the money they charge...so you would do better on price if you book privately ...like on herewith the lovely Dibb owners!

We used them many years ago but TBH I find them to be quite expensive and a lot of the homes seem a bit tired. We stayed in the Jade East Resort and the furnishings shown on their pictures are exactly what we had in 2000. Their office is at the far end of the 192, is there any particular reason you are booking with them, I always book direct and never had a problem with any of my owners.

Alexander Holiday Homes is a British owned & run Management Company looking after over 260 privately owned holiday homes. They have been in operation since the early 80's & have been our M/C since we originally purchased our own home.

For us they provide a most excellant service.
