180 day adr's

we are going as two parties one flying the following day. when our adr comes up on 180 days can we book for the full party ie 4 a 3 c

Yes you can, ADRs are open to everyone at 180 days and not just resort guests.

I'm not sure about the 180+10 ADRs if you're on-site, I've never tried to book for more than just DH and I. But I think it should be fine, since you are a confirmed guest. But if not, just wait for the actual 180 days from dining date rather than check in.
