Single rider has the option to design your car but isn't a requirement. We usually FP Soarin and do single rider on TT as we find with the extra step (car design) in the regular / FP line that it usually takes longer than the single rider lane.

No, with a fastpass you still get to design your car.

However I think the single rider queue skips the car design bit.

I’d FP frozen, the other 2 rides are near eachother so either rope drop one then the other to get the full TT experience or rope drop Soarin then single rider TT (you do miss the car creation) then do frozen with your FP.
The queue for frozen is much longer and there aren’t often FPs on the day. Whereas in the evening you can get on soarin and TT with either rolling 4th FP or 20-30min queue.
In a 2 week holiday last June we rode soarin and TT 6+ times each and frozen only once

Test track all the way. Is the best ride and also normally has the biggest queues so best use of a fast pass as well

We’d do single rider on TT and fast pass Soarin.

I think it really depends on what you, and your party like. I always go for Soarin' but its really just personal preference.

We only had 1 day at Epcot last summer we FP+ the frozen ride. At rope drop we went straight to test track, got inside as far as make your own car and it was broke so get a return FP. Headed over to Soarin and queued for about 45 mins. Headed over frozen and did our other 2 FPs (mission space and spaceship earth). Misson space made me feel ILL! So we went back to resort for a lay down and came back on the night to do test track. It can be done. Interestingly, Frozen had the bigger wait times of the 3 on our visit.
