Question Universal Express Access with Flexitickets?

When I was looking at 4/5 day flexi tickets, at the bottom with the Orlando FlexTicket Extras is says.

Plus!
You are also entitled to use the Universal Express access at the Universal parks.

Am I being thick in thinking this is the express plus thingy that you usually have to pay for?. But now its being included when you buy Flexi tickets?. BTW it was on the theme park tickets direct site I saw this.

The regular Universal Express is like a fast pass, you have to get a ticket and then come back at the specified hour. However, I believe the machines have all been covered up in recent years.

The Express Plus is a ticket you pay for and you don't have to get a 'Fast Pass', you can just use the Express Line at any time.

So, no, unfortunatly, I don't think you are getting anything extra.

Unfortunately, the only express pass available at Universal and IOA is the Plus version, which you have to pay extra for.

The FlexTicket used to allow you access to the express pass, but this was discontinued last year.
