Restaurants in Disney parks

We are going to Florida next week and was wondering what to do about eating in parks. Are there any restaurants which do not require booking? We are not looking for anything too formal or expensive. We are visiting AK on our first day, quite early so plan to eat in the morning and perhaps later in the afternoon. Looking for recommendations which are not necessary to book..

Id look at Counter Service aka quick service places. At AK look for Yak & Yeti Local Food Cafes

you can find more in AK and other parks using WDW interactive guides

Thanks for the tips. I don't really want to book anything as we are hoping to update our Fps besides if everyone gets hungry early on we will end up cancelling.

There are lots of really nice QS restaurants in the parks.
They do tend to get quite busy around lunch/dinner times, but there are plenty to chose from.
We tend to try and do a slightly earlier or later lunch and avoid 12-2 ish as they always tend to be busier times.
Well worth looking at the menus on here before you go to get an idea of where to head to 😊

Check out the restaurant guide on the Disney website. It has menus and can be filtered to show a specific place, type of service etc.
