Why not just say late 2019 or Dec 2019? Any this will be the official opening day, there is nothing saying it won't actually be open sooner...

Yes I have seen that Disney have announced that Star Wars land will open summer 2019 in Disney land (California) and late fall in Disney World (Florida), which means we miss it.
But gives us another reason to go back. |

Bit gutted, We're there until November 10th so likely to miss it. We'll maybe upgrade our tickets to annual passes at the end of a trip if we have leftover spending money & do a week 2020.

Looks like we might be going back again in 2020, which is perfect as we need to work on our house after our holiday in August so will give us some time to do both. Don't think I will have any problems getting DH to agree either.

In all honesty, can you imagine how chaotic it's going to be there during launch year anyway? If Avatar was bad this will be tenfold

I think they will be aiming for thanksgiving opening. Disney often open new attractions to coincide with a big crowd period, so thanksgiving fits perfectly. Im really hoping it’s then too as I don’t want it to be rammed during our late October/early November break..I’d rather go back to do Star Wars when the initial hype has died down a little..
