Free dining - 2019

Hi,
Does Disney ever bring out free dining for after Thanksgiving/first weeks of December?
I am looking to go next year for my

30th birthday on 1st December but wondering if the possibility of free dining will ever come up!

Historically, the dining offer blocks out the whole of December. Arrive on last day of November though and it will cover whole stay as its based on arrival date.

Pretty sure that the offer runs to 30th November, and that is for check-in date so travel one day earlier and you will qualify for free dining.

Additionally there is the US free dining offer (I'm currently looking at maybe making a US booking for this coming August for free dining).

This year's dates are: Book through July 7, 2018 for arrivals most nights August 20 through September 29, November 24 through November 27 and December 7 through December 23, 2018.
