If you're staying 10+ days on site, you shouldn't have a problem, US visitors tend to stay for shorter visits, so you'll only be competing agains other Europeans. If less, or you're not getting any joy very quickly, jump to the last day that you can book and work backwards, then cancel the later ones that you don't need any more.

Looking at your countdown and the Florida park hours there are EMH at HS every morning opening at 7am.

Don't think they are staying onsite though (based on their countdown being close to 30 days) so that will be a bit of a negative for them?
