Busch Gardens tranfers

We are looking at buying the combined Seaworld/Busch Gardens 7 day access tickets and noticed that there is complimentary transport to BG.
Does anyone know if there are other pick-up points, or are they only from SW?
Also, if you get the transport that's laid on, how often do they travel between the parks?
Just wondered if it was worth considering, rather than taking 2 cars.

Or if you look on the Busch Gardens website there is a link to actually book the transport online with times and pick up options.
