BA fly drive with Avis

I've booked and fully paid for our forthcoming BA fly drive. I joined Avis Preferred a little while ago and just logged on to my Avis account for the first time and it says "to pay on collection £347.20". Have I not paid for the car already as part of the BA flydrive?

We have booked hotel & car hire via BA with Avis and ours says the same yours.
We did contact Avis, they said not to worry that is what they get from BA. You shouldn't have anything to pay.

Go to "manage your booking" on BA website and login, then scroll down to car rentals - click to expand and you will find that you have a non-flight voucher that you should download and print. When you get to Avis at the airport (or in the garage as a preferred member), give them the voucher and that covers the cost of the agreement.

I believe that BA don;t pay Avis until a few days before you're due to travel - which is why it shows an outstanding balance. I've noticed this on previous trips too but when you arrive and hand over the voucher you'll have nothing else to pay (unless you decide to upgrade).

Always double check the paperwork shows that the balance due is $0 before you leave the airport though.

Your voucher that you need to print out is your payment.
