Last year, cast members were at the entrance to MK from around 3pm giving out the MVMCP wrist bands. There were also MVMCP cast members inside the park in various locations, giving out the wrist bands to those people who had arrived early or had spent the morning/afternoon in MK.

You will also need a separate park entry ticket to attend MVMCP. So if you enter MK at 12pm, why would you loose any money? MVMCP wrist bands can be collected from MVMCP cast members from 4pm onwards.
