It has not yet been confirmed. There are currently no official plans for any refurbishments for splash mountain posted.

I read somewhere a few weeks ago that it was going to close in Sept for a couple of months. Will be so happy if this turns out to not be true!

Maybe it is just wishful thinking on my part, but if SM is to be taken down for 'months long refurb' with less than 180 days to go...I would think something official would have been published by now?
Where there is smoke, there is usually fire...but I'm still hoping this rumor doesn't pan out. |

I've made a note on my plan that it closes on 28th August but I've since tried to check if that is the case (no idea where I got that info from as it was months ago ) and can't find anything
