Forrest’s Seafood Feast - Forrest’s favorite meal after a day on the boat! Hand Breaded Southern Fried Shrimp, Seafood Hush Pups, Fish & Chips, Coleslaw… And don’t forget the delicious Sauces for dippin’ – Tartar, Cocktail and Remoulade. - $19.79

I had the seafood feast and my gosh let me tell you, feast is an accurate word! It might not look like much food from the photo but you have fries, which where good I might add, fried shrimp, fish and chips, which was a confusing name as it was just bits of battered fish and seafood hush pups which were yummy fried balls of shrimp, fish and corn. There were about 5 or so pieces in each cone! They didn't disappoint though, each part was really yummy, especially those hush pups. The sauces were really food also, especially the cocktail sauce which is the red looking one. I'd never had that before and it's odd, you see a red sauce and you think chilli or tomato, but it smelt and tasted like pickles, almost like a red tartar sauce. The slaw was yummy also. One thing I would say about this is that it needs something fresh to go with all that fried food as I found myself gasping for drinks throughout the meal. It's a heavy one for sure!

Shrimp New Orleans - An authentic spicy recipe from our staff in the French Quarter! Lots of tender Shrimp broiled with Butter, Garlic and Spices, and served with Jasmine Rice. - $17.99

Lisa went for the Shrimp New Orleans which surprised me somewhat as she's not much of a shrimp eater. However she said they were delicious! They came in some kind of spicy garlic butter broth type thing which actually made the dish quite spicy. It also made a nice change to have something with rice rather than fries. We also didn't realise that her entree came with garlic bread on the side so she ended up with yet more bread! Not much of a hardship though as it was delicious.

The drinks at Bubba Gump were great! I went for the Peach Iced Tea as soon as I saw that it came served in a Mason Jar wine glass! It was so southern so I had to have it. In my excitement to order this I completely overlooked the fact it had gin in! I hate gin! Luckily I couldn't taste it at all and it was delicious. Best of all, I got to keep the souvenir jar glass!

Lisa went for the blood orange margarita which was also really good. The blood orange gave it a slight bitter taste but it was lovely. It was also huge! The cocktail shaker glass it came in was near on a pint! Lisa had a small glass that she could pour the drink into throughout the meal. We also got to keep the cocktail shaker glass too which is cool.

Meal Total - $87 including tip.

All looks soooo good can't wait for bahama breeze. I don't usually go for shrimp but I think il be tempted out there as it's looks delish! Love that jar glass!

Yeah I would recommend the shrimp at Bubba Gump's, I would get it there if you fancy trying some also if you want the glass, just make sure you order one of the drinks next to the picture of that glass, that way you'll know you'll get one
