May actually work out good for the OP then as his dates are after Spring break, but before holiday in Florida. Should be quiet in the parks.
I agree but it’s just how it is. Some years we do only get the straight 2 weeks. In 2011 though they had 2 weeks off, back for 4 days and had Friday/Monday for Easter, back for 3 days then had the Friday off for the Royal wedding. As you said, insane.
