Mobile New to MDE and can’t get it to work

So I downloaded the app last night and tried to sign up but it said my email was already in use. Don’t remember signing up but used the same password I use for everything and it worked so I must have set it up at some point.

So I then log in and it tells me to finish setting up and so I enter my address and whatever it asks me for but then it said it can’t finish setting up and to try again another time.

So I’ve just tried again and I was logged in and entered all the info it asked for again then it told me to log in so I logged in again and then it crashed. At that point I gave up 😭😭😭

Have you tried logging in on a computer? The app can be quite unstable. The MDE website is a much better option if you're trying to finish setting up the account.

It wouldn't accept my email saying it was in use and it was because my kids had used it to log into some Disney game when they were younger. I had to use another email because it wouldn't reset my password.

sometimes it can be an email set up from a comp on Disney.com or maybe a sign into DisneyLife trial or account or something else disney related.

Sometimes best just to have another email never used for Disney anything just for trips...

Since the new update my DD cannot even log on to the app on her iPhone. Spoke to Disney last week they reset her account however she still cannot use the app which is pretty rubbish considering our holiday is getting close. No idea what else we can do. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still doesn't work. Reset password but still wonr let her log in 😣.

Ditto - my boys had used my email years earlier for a club penguin account which I had forgot about. I phoned and they reset it all and talked it through while I stayed on the line.
