Speak to the pharmacist. They will be able to advise you. One of our party used Sturgeon and had no problem with drowsiness.

I always take Stugeron and I’ve never felt drowsy. They seem to work really well for me.

I'm on different meds and I take sturgeon, I'm not drowsy on it. The doctor recommended this for my brother when he was taking his epilepsy medicine. Go to the pharmacist and ask them, I do because I can't get into see my doctors for weeks.

The tablets and wristbands never work for me.
When i went whale watching I borrowed the companies anti-sickness bands, they were electronic and sent a pulse into your wrist every so often.
There's something similar on sale over here now, on Amazon or ebay, kinda looks like a watch.
I'm going to get one to try when I go back to Florida next year

I always use Dramamine, or Walgreens own version, which I buy when I get over there. They have a non-drowsy version. The Stugeron has never worked for me on the rides, although I do use it over here for normal travel sickness as it works ok for that.

Has anyone tried the Scopoderm patches? And success?

I am wondering if I could 'double up' with an oral anti sickness tablet?

Thanks.

Yes, I always use scopoderm and it works really well for me, much better than any tablets I've ever tried. I also like the fact that it's once patch for 3 days and I don't have to think about it.

I have't doubled it up with anything though, and wouldn't without advice. Many anti-sickness drugs are in the same or similar families and you may increase the risks of side effects or overdose if you take two at once.

I got terribly sick the first time but after that I just closed my eyes in the upside down y bits because I knew they were coming and was able to enjoy the rest of the ride with no sickness!
