Its been a while since I used the app but its ADR day for the DIL and now im under pressure. When she logs into her MDE it shows the guests in black and white mickey form but says there are no matched guests. She has tried to match but nothing is happening.

I don�t understand what you mean. What exactly is she trying to do and what step is she at?

ADR booking doesn�t open until 11am so I assume she was too early?

No we know, it said in the MDE that her guests weren�t linked.

The others weren�t linking properly, she had to ring them to sort it .
