Couple of questions

Hi, I know this is probably on this forum somewhere at least 100 times but this is our first onsite stay and we can make ADRs from tomorrow. What time do we need to be logged on and ready to go? What are the chances of a CRT reservation? Do you have to pay for CRT up front even if you are on the DDP? xx

It is usually 11am but at the moment it will be 10am as the clocks changed in the US.

I cannot see why you would have any difficulty getting CRT at 180 days, I got it a couple of weeks ago, although that was a bit lucky. CRT won’t come up on the app, you will have to use the website. There is a button you can check to indicate you will pay with dining credits so you don’t have to prepay. Unfortunately this button wasn’t working recently, if it still isn’t you will need to ring.

It should come up looking like this (this was booking for hoop-dee-doo a couple of weeks ago but the same principle applies)

As Claudette noted some have had trouble with this option not appearing and have to phone instead

At the moment 10am online, 11am on the phone.
I did mine a couple of weeks ago.
CRT wasn’t showing any availability at all for my week online. I called at 12.30 and I got 8am our first morning for 5 people. There was plenty of availability for the whole week as I kept changing my mind. I originally wanted 5.30pm one evening but they have packages between 5-7 that were $200 odd each, plus some were the Halloween party nights, so they weren’t options for dinner. I had to prepay the full amount as I only have QDSP. I believe when you call to book you don’t have to if you’re on the dining plan. It’s the only way to allocate the dining plan as you can’t do it online.
