Has anyone had refund yet
I was booked to go 3rd April for a week staying at Disney Nature Village and cancelled on Sunday via the DLP website link and got my refund today but I didn’t get a full refund it was only for 75% has anyone else had a full refund?

Did you get any correspondence as to why you only got 75% instead of a full refund?

No I haven’t had any correspondence from them at all other than the 75% go into my account I did try and call them but the call centre is closed so I suppose I will just have to wait and see what happens.

Also been refunded yesterday, but looks like about 75% too. No message from DLP as to why. Come on Mickey, this isn’t good enough...

Did you both book inclusive of transport? I know some transport companies aren't offering full refunds. Regardless, you should've been told what you were getting. I'd be getting back in touch. I'm wondering if they think people won't, cos it's so busy? X

No, hotel and park tickets only - the refund was fractionally less than 75% (about 74.2 !). Their standard terms suggest that there is a 25% cancellation charge for the customer cancelling this close to the trip (we were due to go on the 8th April), so I guess they have not yet honoured the "no cancellation fees" part of their promise.
Seems odd not to refund in full, as I assume they I now going to have to process refunds for each customer twice, but unlikely to be able to contact Disney to find out what's going on. I'll send an update if the 25% turns up... if anyone has any more info (or got the missing 25%), please post !

I’m in the same situation had just under 75% refunded yesterday. Am hopeful the rest will appear at some point. I did read in a Facebook group that it may take up to 40 days for the rest of the refund to be issued.

I’ve had around 53% back to the card I used to pay the balance.
I used a different card to pay the deposit, but nothing back to that card as of yet. Not happy, thought this would be straightforward as they stated no cancellation charges. |

I've read on some Facebook groups that refunds are coming through in several payments.
Several different reasons are being discussed - including the system automatically refunding as per regular terms & the rest being manually be refunded later x |
