Costs to sell at SSR

Ive decided to sell half of my points ( as in one of my contracts at SSR - 170 points ) and keeping my smaller BW and BC contracts.

I’m wondering about the costs involved please ? The % for the real estate agent costs and IRS deduction? Any other costs ? Is it quite easy - Ive points from 2019, and 1st August new lot too

I just cannot see me using them anymore and the annual dues are a bind to keep paying

When selling with Buy and Sell DVC, Inc.® the commission would be 6.5%, a $150 in fees to Disney and you would have the 15% FIRPTA tax taken out at closing. You, of course, normally get it back but it takes a few months. You can use Nancy Carpenter to help with the FIRPTA and her fee is $450.
