Netflights refund?

I'm awaiting my refund from Netflights but not holding my breath!

I will certainly be booking direct in future! I will never book via a third party again.

They are my thoughts too but what if the agents prices are much better? I for one will try my best to book direct however I will still look at the agents prices too and will ask the operators if they can price match should the agent prices be lower. I doubt it will start a price war though!

Completed my refund request form on Netflights site 5 weeks ago for cancelled Virgin flight. Was told today they haven’t even submitted it to Virgin yet. Have raised a chargeback with CC company today. Completely unacceptable and won’t be using them again regardless of the price!

We too were BA thru Netflights flying out 29th April . Got an email invoice re refund on 3rd June and money received into c/c on 4th June. Can't believe people are still waiting on refunds from April/May. After filling out refund form I did contact them on Twitter a few times ... which maybe helped ?!

We are still awaiting a netflights (va) refund.

I fear we will soon be awaiting a further refund for our October trip.

Even if the price is better with netflights-in the future we too will only book direct or return to booking package holidays with tui or virgin holidays.

My experience has been good getting a refund from netflights.this could be partly because my flights were ba and they have generally been good at refunding.
Flights were for August 25 and cancelled around the end of June.i filled in netflights online refund form as soon as I heard the flights had been cancelled ( no one informed me officially) then I notified them on messenger and I have kept checking weekly via messenger on my refund status also I asked if they had requested it from ba. They confirmed a few days ago it had and It was paid into my bank today !

I told them I knew for a fact ba are refunding quickly.keep on at them over messenger it worked for me

The responses to my post are mixed to say the least! It looks like there is a different timescale for booking online versus telephone bookings, the moral is hold tight now but think twice who you book with in the future! Good luck everyone

not too bad for me, refund requested June 23rd, e mail yesterday to tell me refund processed (delta flights Glasgow to mco August on a virgin code share)

ETA- I kept in touch with them via messenger for updates and that seemed to chivvy them along I think
