I slow cooked some ribs earlier with a dry rub, them put in a chicken with nando rub, put in some jackets, made salad, cooked garlic bread and grated some cheese for the potato’s. I put bbq sauce in the ribs and stuck them back in, the meal was Lovely. Dh loved the ribs, my kids wouldn’t try them and said the rest wasn’t nice, jacket potato’s should only be eaten with tuna apperently
We also had loads of salad dressings and sauces! I give up

I feel your pain. I usually cook at least three different meals a night

Chicken and tarragon pie with chips.
I’m just about to put the pastry on 😋
We’re a bit late as loft clearing is taking forever. Can’t wait to eat now!

We had an Indian takeaway, it was really good too. I had a chicken rogan josh with pilau rice and the other half had a special jalfrezi with garlic rice. Oh and we had poppadoms with dips too.
