No Volcano Bay early admission Aug/Sept

Just received a dibb notification regarding part of my holiday dates and upon checking the universal app, EPA for Volcano Bay have been removed for the whole of August and September. Has this ever happened before? Is it a mistake? I always thought VB had them!

We are going to VB in October instead (we’re at Disney in September) so at the moment it doesn’t affect us, but it could easily be extended to October I’d imagine, and I’m sure it will affect lots of dibbers!

Heaven knows what Universal are doing. They are changing all the early entry on a daily basis at the moment.

We only booked Cabana Bay for the early entry so I'm not happy!

I just saw that on another thread and am another one that isn't happy .Do I have it right that now onsite guests only have early entry to universal studios and even then there are hardly any rides open?

Not pleased to see this email notification of the change come through.

Universal really can’t seem to make their mind up about early entry for any of the parks at the moment.

I wonder if it’s worth emailing them to say how hard it makes it to plan your trip when they keep making changes. If lots emailed maybe they’d take note that it isn’t acceptable to keep changing times so close to people’s trips.

Not so bad when it’s just hours being extending but taking away early entry or closing earlier makes it harder to plan.

I ve just dropped a curt email. When i booked it was EE for all 3 parks! Now just 1.
For over 300quid for 1 night im gutted.

I just checked the universal hotel website and they are still advertising all hotels get early admission to VB so I am hoping its a mistake with the hours. I did send an email asking what was going on .
