Christmas and New Year will be a surreal time for him, he might not even feel very seasonal as everything will be so different. He will have made lots of friends who will all be in the same boat so hopefully his homesickness won't be too bad.

He has done 3 years at university but has only been an hour and a half away so was able to pop home with his washing regularly.
Hopefully it will have prepared him a bit for the homesickness x

We love the pier at Weston super mare. Normally take a trip up at least once a year. Mine all love the go kart track. We were there in February x

It is a nice pier

Weymouth is lovely too. We did a week's holiday nearby last month, in Warmwell, Dorchester. Heading back to the same place for another week in September x
