I'm 51, I get so tired in the evenings, but can't sleep to about twelve, than wide awake by 6am. It must be the age. I try to go back to sleep in the mornings but it won't happen.

 Long Lies... do not know what they are... have an 18 year old son that wakes up round about 5am every morning regardless of whether it's the weekend or a holiday
