We bought ours directly through the Universal Studios website - if you know what day you're going you can save up to $15 on the gate price. It actually worked out cheaper for us than ATD.
They are just e-tickets, but it's good to know you can get them exchanged for real tickets as I also prefer them! |

Just in way of an update, I ordered from ATD on Sunday night and received a confirmation email saying -
"Please note: This email is not a ticket. Your real tickets will be mailed to you shortly." Not received an email with e-tickets yet, so it's possible I may get some "real" tickets through the post. I will update again when received for anyone that may be interested. Sean |

Well...
Despite what it says on their website, I've just received a dispatch email so I assume that they are real tickets (assuming they are not delivering e-tickets by post!). Will wait to see what the postman brings later this week. Sean |

Ok, they have arrived...
And they are e-tickets! Why send e-tickets by post? I'll exchange for proper tickets when I get there - assume I can do this the night before? Anyone know? Sean |

Thanks for the info. I don't know if you can change them before the day of use but I can't see a reason why not?!
