I'm happy to try a "release and catch" with you for that.

I know you want seven people, but if it were me I'd turn up as your group of seven and either...

- act surprised when they say it's for a party of six and say you were sure you'd booked for seven, or
- say your group has grown by one person, can they still find space for you

...I'd be amazed if they can't sort you out.
