Dji pocket 3, reliability?

I’m very close to buying the above camera, I’ve read nothing but good reports about it.
However, I’ve just watched a YouTube video from a professional cameraman. He states that the camera is indeed fantastic, but he has had a couple of incidents where the camera has failed him by not powering on even though the battery was fully charged.
Has anyone that owns one had something similar happen?

I’ve had zero issues. It’s fantastic. I also use a ZVE1 with about £2000 of lenses. Pocket 3 is superb!

Have had ours three months now, used weekly for vlogging. Not had that issue. If it does happen I'll report back.

We saw that video too!

Hubby adores his, we used it all over Disneyland last November. No regrets at all.

When you get it you can (like DJI drones) sign up to DJI care (it comes up on the app). Think I paid about £50 for 2 years. If you then break it, even if it’s your own fault and you drop it or get it in water or whatever, they’ll send you a new one.
My ZVE1 is a powerhouse but I find myself using the Pocket 3 more nowadays, surprisingly good low light (I set auto ISO to 800 max and it’s plenty bright enough).

I’ve read that about the DJI care, I think it will be worth it as the camera isn’t the sturdiest by all accounts.
As an aside, the camera is very popular as it is not available at a lot of stockists.
