Mobile Coronado -v- Art of Animation

We’re undecided, we currently have AofA booked for August but are debating changing over to Coronado instead, the rooms look really nice...

Has anyone got a preference of the two or able to recommend which section to stay within CS ?

I haven’t stayed at AoA but have stayed at Pop.

Pop the rooms felt very small and the outside spaces were quite concrete but it all looked colourful with the icons and the pool was close to the room.

CSR we were in Casitas block 5. Near a bus stop. Not far from the quiet pool and the main pool.

The room was bigger and felt much more upmarket. There are doors to the bathroom area and a desk as well as bigger beds and just more space.

However more than that. The view is just stunning. Now admittedly it’s luck of the draw and you could have a carpark or less attractive view. But whenever we left the room we were looking out over the lake. All lit up at night. It was just beautiful. It’s not a small resort and you could be a longish walk from the food court etc but we don’t use the facilities in resort much so that wasn’t an issue for us.

You’re comparing a value with a moderate and even though AoA looks amazing I would always choose a moderate. CSR is a beautiful resort and some of the amenities are more on a par with deluxe resorts.

For me it generally comes down to location or theming so you have to think is the theming at AoA and the access to the Skyliner more attractive to you than CSR?
