Come Dine With Me
My lockdown secret obsession has been Come Dine With Me! Love watching the great food (and disasters!) being cooked.
Got me thinking - what would my menu be? I'd have to start with my Bahama Breeze inspired Crab Pile: (top left is the real one, the other two are my first attempt at making it the other day!) Main course: Bacon wrapped chicken breast (stuffed with garlic and cream cheese) with roasted mediterranean veg and parmentier potatoes. Make this quite a lot and both me and my husband love it! Dessert: I've never actually made this, but I'd definitely have a good go at Key Lime Pie! This is my photo of one from Kermit's in Key West - would be trying to recreate their absolute slice of heaven: What's your £1000 winning menu?!

Looks good!
I love cooking and always thought I would like a go at come dine with me, but have noticed that its quite difficult to please people, what I think is delicious they might not, example - seafood, always contentious, some people are vegetarian or vegan, or gluten free etc, some like meat well done, or dont like ‘rich’ food and it goes on. I love the look of that key lime pie, thats my absolute favourite dessert in Florida! Can I just come for dinner please?
