Hi all,

On recommendation here I booked rs transport for our transfer from airport to hotel next month.

I received a confirmation email with details of the transport and in red text it says
'Please we need your reconfirmed ion with reservation no.'

Does this mean I reply to the email to confirm the transfer? I'm not sure!

Hi,
Yes I always do.
Its just so they know you have received their email and that the address is working.
They use it then (along with a phone number) to notify you of any changes.
We used them at Christmas and he email me to say that he would be waiting eslewhere in the terminal due to security restrictions on parking at CDG.
They are really good.

Hi yes I replied with the confirmation number on their original email.

Yes, that's what we did at easter and it all worked smoothly.
