Loving reading your trip report. We were planning a West Coast Adventure for next summer but may postpone until 2022 now. My 3 children will be the same age as yours when we go. Been very interested in your hotels as it’s not always easy getting a room for 5 people. Which hotel did you stay in at Pismo beach please?

Oh my! There are some beautiful views in today's report. What a gorgeous coastline along the Big Sur. So glad you managed to get pics at Bixby Bridge despite the roadworks - I didn't know the name of it but recognised it as soon as I saw it - It's the bridge from Big Little Lies.
Lovely to see some more whales, dolphins and seals too. And nice beaches. The beach with the waterfall is beautiful - lovely turquoise sea. The more I read of your report the more I want to visit these places - what a wonderful trip.

Another lovely day!
Bixby Bridge is so iconic! I can't wait to visit Pfeiffer Beach one day...that scene in Grease is so iconic! Your Poppy always looks so happy in your photos, she looks like such a joy! |

Julia I have absolutely loved reading this day! We did pretty much every stop you did, apart from McWay Falls, I can’t believe I forgot to stop there! We even ended the day with fish and chips, although in Morro Bay not Pismo Beach.
Isn’t the scenery just the most amazing you have ever seen? I was in awe with every turn we took. |

It really is something else isn't it Alicia! We were gobsmacked so many times and initially I thought I'd feel a little scared being on the side with the drops but the views were so stunning I didn't.
There's so many things to see it really is hard to get it all done in a day? You can't beat fish and chips can you |
