Ds has a couple of friends round tonight for the first time so it’s a Dominoes for us.

I use the Nigella recipe but instead of mirrin I use a couple of spoonfuls of honey. I also add a couple of cloves of crushed garlic. It always turns out really lovely.

Slow cooked Beef casserole made yesterday and refrigerated to let the flavours develop

Its dull and cool here today so a bit of comfort food will be nice
