Just called Disney and looks like they are just processing each payment separately.

They said that my 2 payments i'm waiting for are still being processed.

Called Disney and cancelled on Fri 17th, had the full amount refunded today, very impressed with how quick it was! (Paid in full, via debit account originally)

That's what i can't work out, I cancelled 6 weeks ago now and have only received about half my total payments.

Just spoke with a very helpful CM. I cancelled on 10th and have just had the £200 deposit back so far. She said that the rest of my payment (£2,000) was sent to the credit card company on 17th July and could take up to 10 working days to show on my card. I'm happy as long as I know it's on its way!

I'm still waiting on my £250 deposit refund from Disney. I had the refund invoice on 2nd July, so 3 weeks and counting now.

By far the slowest of the refunds I've had.

I sent them an email to chase mine. I cancelled 12/06 following their email, received the cancellation invoice 01/07 but still hadn’t had the refund. I emailed them to chase, they responded next day and the money was in my bank the day after so might be worth dropping them an email if you’re still waiting!

Looks like I'll be calling them back up again tomorrow. Was told it should definitely be in my account by the end of the week but still no sign.
I can't understand how some people seem to be getting refunds with in couple of days and others like myself have been waiting over 6 weeks.
