Good hotel in Dubai for families with washing facilities?

We’ve visited Dubai before but only ever stayed at Atlantis. We’re booked to visit again in May but in the meantime may book a cheaper trip for the end of this year and stay at a different resort.

Could anyone shed some light on good resorts for families? We’d like half board with good resort facilities to keep our DD1 entertained. We’d be travelling with our 3 year old and 2-4 month old depending on when we would go.

I've seen the Sofitel on the Palm has 1-3 bedroom apartments with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. This would be perfect for us with a baby. Are there any other resorts that have suites/apartments with these appliances?

We enjoyed Westin Mina Seyhai with our kids. The kids club was superb. I’m not sure if it’s from 4 years old though. You are allowed to go in and supervise them if they’re too young. It is the only place we’ve been there so nothing to compare to unfortunately.

We were due to be in Sofitel palm in half term. Gets good reviews and a water slide for kids
