Aer Lingus

My flights are with Aer Lingus, Glasgow to Dublin to Orlando on 6th May. I’ve not had any notice of cancellation. Has anyone changed their flights, got a voucher or a refund yet?

My aer lingus flight was 29 March. I saw on their Twitter feed that all Orlando flights up to 15th April were cancelled and filled in a refund form. I heard nothing after this and managed to contact them through messenger/facebook. They refunded me pretty quickly after that, but initially told me my flight wasn’t cancelled - I had to copy the section from twitter into the message! I was never emailed or contacted directly, they must be overwhelmed, so keep a lookout for any announcement on their website or social media. Once/if it is actually cancelled you should be able to ask for your money back.

For flights up to 31st May
They are offering a change of flight without a change fee (but if theres a difference in price, you pay the extra) OR

a voucher worth the value of your booking inc taxes PLUS and extra 10%

We're supposed to be with AL next month. Decided to hold out for a refund although their voucher is worth 110% and valid for five years.

Our flight is May 11th Edinburgh - Dublin - Orlando.

I was due to fly this Saturday, so I applied for a voucher on 20th March and have not received it yet. I seen on their twitter that they were telling people it could take 4-6 weeks for these to be processed.

Curious to know, if Aer Lingus don't survive this economic downtown where would you stand in term of reclaiming the value of the vouchers they are offering?
