Hi
I was sure i read that universal tickets bought for this year would be ok for use next year as the extended the dates. Now i have changed my holiday to next August I can�t find the info here or on universal site, i have e mailed them but thought someone here may know

Thanks for this info, I'd just emailed Klook to ask the question, so hopefully the answer will reflect this too!

Klook said ours were extended until end of next year, then a week or two later issued a full refund. Great service

I have heard really good things about them, so this is also encouraging!

Did they refund because your flights were cancelled? Mine are looking likely to go ahead, so I think could leave me in a sticky situation

No I just emailed to ask what the process was a while back or what our options were as we thought it may end up getting cancelled, they said extended by a year so we left it at that (which we were happy with), then they sent an email later refunding the lot, so now we have the flexibility next year whether to go back or skip a year.

Flights weren�t cancelled until last week so not directly related.

I still have not had official conformation from Klook they are ok for next year . How long are they taking to get back to people anyone know ? I contacted them about 10 days ago

They confirmed to me on Messenger that they were valid until the end of 2021 but we wanted a refund. Got it within two days.
Seaworld tickets are still waiting to be refunded though, also through Klook
