Same here. Just booked on Wednesday after Aer Lingus for 1st. I've requested refund on WhatsApp and currently on phone.

Update:
Just off phone and refund issued. She couldn't find the flight on the system so issued the refund straight away. Better service then I had with them the first time round at the start of this pandemic.

Spoke to Aer Lingus Thursday, they processed my refund and stated 5 to 7 days to get money back on card. Just come off the phone with Virgin, said my flight still showing on their system but was able to confirm that it was going to be cancelled! Just bumped me forward one day. So try again for us - till next cancellation!

Hi- we had man-mco flights for 23/07 so as we were expecting anyway, looks like they’re cancelled. We haven’t gone through the refund process before, flights are showing on the virgin Atlantic app but we booked through last minute.com- who do we go to for the refund? Thanks

You will have to go through Lastminute.com and request a refund through them.

So this 27th was a rebook from last year , its on the oldest cancellation policy and we changed july 2020 to open ticket as worried we would lose money (all booked independently as payment dates loomed). We then booked for July 2021 ... so will I get one change on virgin as they cancelled and then one at my discretion should something happen ? I'm so confused with this.

******** I have amended the title and body of the thread as Virgin have changed their schedules overnight. I am trying to keep this thread as accurate as I can in the circumstances.

Me neither. 🤷 Maybe they are shifting flights around and streamlining? 🤷
