The hills in the back ground are the Lake District, in the summer the views are excellent. It's an hour and a half drive but we are all tier 3.

Yes it was called Frontierland. There was also a Lido and aquarium with seal shows. It was the cheaper alternative to Blackpool and as a family of 6 was the preferred destination of my parents. Many happy memories.
