Christmas tree train

Do you have train running around the base of you tree. I really fancy one this year as my grandsons would love it.

Where did you get yours?

We have Stephenson's Rocket round the bottom. DS has always been fascinated by it and we bought him a HO scale one for christmas when he was little and it's been round the tree since!

I definitely want a train that doesn't have to have sound on all the time, cant stand constant noise. Any ideas of a good one gratefully received.

We bought a steam train many years ago from Makro and still have it. You pour cooking oil in it and the steam comes out as it goes around lol.

We've got a train that goes around our tree, just realised that we haven't put it out for years. I'm going to set it up later to make sure it still works, the tree isn't going up yet though.
I can't remember where we got it from, but I think it could have been from a local garden centre.
