Tipping people in Florida?
In preparation for my October 2026 Florida holiday how much should I tip in restaurants.
Also how much should I tip the cabin crew, pilots, baggage handlers and the immigration staff? |

Shouldn’t they be tipping you Mickey for allowing them to serve you, after all you are dibber of the year so they should feel honoured to be graced by your company .

Mickey, surely as 2020 DIBBER of the year and identification made through your wonderful profile image, you will be instantly recognised, and as a matter of course receive a free upgrade to first class and also an in flight guided tour of the cockpit. Let us not forget that you are almost ‘Kardashianesque’ in Social Stature.
It is inconceivable that you will have to deal with riffraff at check in, security and anywhere else as you should be expecting a personal valet/butler once recognised upon entering the terminal. Tips? Your tip to any hospitality staff you meet should be an autograph, possibly a posed photo and the advice to keep them safe as they will be worth a fortune in future years. I do not even see the need for you to take money on your forthcoming trip, rather like being Royalty. (Royalty living other than in LA or called Andrew, that is), you will find all things gifted and with a ‘Thankyou’ .. and quite possibly a tug of the forelock whilst bowing respectfully. If tired and overly accosted by awed fellow passengers, it might be worth asking whether you can retire to and have a kip in the private, crew rest area as it has proper beds.. just a thought!
