DIY question

Anyone know if wall tiles can be filled and then painted with a decent finish?

We are planing on putting our house up for sale in the spring, and have completely renovated the whole house and garden, with just the main bathroom left to do.

It’s a real mess, but we don’t want to spend a lot of money ripping all the tiles off the wall.
We plan on getting a new basic suite and replacing like for like.

So, what is best to use to fill a couple if large holes and also small drill holes and also best tile paint to use? We just need it to look decent and functional.

Any advice welcome.

I wouldnt bother. Have you ever seen tiles painted. Would you not be better to regrout the tiles. Can you not cover the larger holes with something eg mirror or wall art. The smaller holes I would just grout. There is a good chance the new tenant will rip everything out anyway.

Sad to say Tile Paint looks like a dogs dinner. I would never do it.
