Help with a booking. Not sure if it’s a glitch!

Hi. As many of you seen on my numerous posts I’m struggling to find the right hotel for my family in Anaheim. I’ve decided to let my head rule my heart and I’m not going to go stupid expensive and I’m going to go the more budget option. I have had a look on the Disney website with their partner hotels getting a package and the Anaheim hotel ticks all the boxes and has been on my list for a long time. Browsing the prices yesterday I noticed in a package deal that includes six nights and tickets for five days, for four adults. I have noticed a big discrepancy in one of the prices and just wanted to know if this is a glitch or if I’m missing something?

As you can see in the picture the deluxe with two king beds is over $700 cheaper than the standard room with two queen beds.

Would you risk booking it? It does say deluxe all the way to the final stages of booking

I would go for it. Maybe they have sold more standard rooms so its pushed the price up?

Its the same principle with flights - I have, on occasion, seen Upper Class flights cheaper than Premium ones - supply & demand

Will make a decision tonight once I’ve discussed with DW. She wants no part of planning which is annoying. Still a little unsure of The Anaheim Hotel. Couple of vlogs weren’t great but were a couple of years old. The newest one from a year ago is good. Recent Trip Advisor review are actually very good but there were some rubbish ones on Google.

Sounds OK to me if the recent ones were positive - good luck with your chat (its exciting to be able to plan a holiday again )

We booked! All linked on the Disney app. It says Deluxe on the booking. We can make park reservations in April. I was able to pay a $200 deposit which was good. Very pleased. £435 cheaper than the HOJO I originally booked(no deposit) and about £2000 cheaper than the Grand Californian that I toyed with yesterday. Thankfully I came to my senses. One day when I win the lottery I’ll go.
